After getting the run around from another company, Bob Downey Plumbing saved the day. Mike was respectful of my home, professional, and got the job done the same day as the free estimate. I recommend them and if I have another issue somewhere
else - they will be who I call.

Top notch service couldn't have asked for more. Our kitchen sink plugged up late at night after dinner (basic tinkering didn't fix it) and they were able to send a guy out early morning the next day. He was personable, professional, and recommended the things we need for better longevity for the service we're getting. Well worth the price and I would recommend them greatly.

I highly recommend their expertise. It's refreshing to contact any company, they respond, give you a date and they show up and get the job done. Bob Downey plumbing, did just that. If I have any future business it will go to them first or someone they would recommend.

I had no hot water, I called multiple plumbers who couldn’t get out to my home until late. Bob and team made it out to me first thing in the morning, I appreciate it especially since I had family coming to stay for the weekend! They were also able to fix a toilet that had began leaking a few days earlier. 10/10 would recommend

In the late afternoon I went downstairs to do laundry and found sewage coming up through the drain!. I called Bob Downey Plumbing. He assured me he would come at 6am the next morning to estimate the damage. They got to work right away, and he and his plumbers worked until 6:30 pm! They carried pails after pails of dirt. The crew worked non stop, the most capable, pleasant workers I have ever had working in my house. The cause of the spillage was that the iron pipes burst from age and wear. I cannot recommend a Master Plumber more highly. Bob Downey Plumbing and particularly his worker Mike Presser, made this nightmare experience over in 2 days, leaving my basement floor immaculate.

Wonderful, Friendly Service

We just wanted to let you know how wonderful it was to work with your company.
We needed someone to come out on Friday, December 8 (after hours) due to a main water valve leak. The service man came out within 15 minutes and told us this could wait until morning-saving us the double time charge, What honesty !
The next morning they arrived on schedule with pleasant attitudes and extremely efficient service. It's a rare sight these days to find people who really seem to enjoy their job.
Thank you so much for your fast service. Have a happy holiday season !

Cordially,
Maribeth Criscenti
